We start by learning your business, culture, and expectations, then run a focused, detailed search across the insurance community with thorough screening and verification. You receive a short list of candidates to meet, along with our assessment and steady counsel throughout the search until completion. When the hire is too important for “good enough,” you want a disciplined process that protects your reputation, time, and momentum by getting the best fit the first time.

Per our contract, Retained Search service fees are 30-35% of first year compensation plus expenses.

Contingency Search

Search Without Cutting Corners

Contingency search provides a listen-first approach, an informed perspective, and vetting steps to confirm work history, technical alignment, and culture match before anyone is presented. When we recommend a candidate, we are confident they can succeed in the role and strengthen the team. We present candidates we can stand behind and are on point for the role.

Per our contract, Contingency Search service fees are 25% of first year compensation.
